1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Hotel Trails Travel Media Inc., a company incorporated in Canada under Business Number 812640397, with its registered office at 1055 West Georgia Street, Suite 2400, Vancouver, BC V6E 3P3. We publish Hotel Trails at hoteltrails.com. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is — and is not

Hotel Trails is an independent editorial publication about casino hotels and casino resorts in Canada. Everything here is informational.

This website does not:

• operate, own or manage any casino, hotel or gambling facility;
• offer gambling, games of chance, games of skill or any form of gaming;
• accept, place, broker or forward wagers or bets of any kind;
• process deposits, withdrawals or payments;
• sell, issue or redeem gaming credit, chips, tokens or bonuses;

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any property described on this site. Where a property's name appears, it is used for identification in an editorial context.

3. Age

This site is intended for adults. Gambling in Canada is restricted by province: 19 and over in most, 18 and over in Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba. Content here is not directed at anyone below the legal gaming age in their jurisdiction, and you must not use this site if you are below it.

4. Editorial content and opinion

Reviews, scores and rankings on this site are the honest editorial opinion of our staff, formed by the method published on our About page. Opinions are opinions. Reasonable people visiting the same property may reach different conclusions, and a score is a summary judgement rather than a statement of fact.

Factual details — machine counts, table numbers, room totals, opening hours, addresses, charges and gaming ages — are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the date of our most recent audit, shown on each review. 13. Corrections and complaints

If we have published something inaccurate, tell us at [email protected] with the property named and a source where you can give one. Verified corrections are made promptly and noted on the page. Properties disputing an editorial opinion are welcome to write; we will consider a factual argument and will not change a score in exchange for anything else.

15. Governing law
