Properties that would like to be assessed can write to [email protected]. To be plain about how this works: a request puts a property into our review queue and nothing more. We book and pay for our own stay at public rates, we do not accept hosted visits, and no arrangement exists under which coverage or a score can be purchased.
Corrections
If something we published is wrong, tell us — machine counts, opening hours, closures, a poker room that no longer runs. Include the property and, where you can, a source. Verified corrections are made on the page and noted. This is the fastest queue we operate.
Privacy requests
